Ken became a member of the Georgia Bar Association in 1980. He has practiced personal injury law since that time, and in 1989, formed Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C., which now has offices in eight Georgia cities, Tallahassee FL and Huntsville AL. Kenneth S. Nugent, P.C. has attorneys licensed in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, West Virginia, Tennessee, Alabama, and Washington D.C., and handles cases in those jurisdictions. Ken himself is not licensed in the state of Florida.Ken resides in Georgia, married and has five children.

Wes is a member of the Alabama State Bar. He is admitted to practice before the Alabama Supreme Court, the Alabama Court of Appeals, and admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama. He is a member of Alabama Defense Lawyers Association (ALDA). His areas of practice include negligence, products liability, premises liability, and insurance coverage. Wes is a lifetime resident of north Alabama.
